Commission applications are handpicked, NOT first come first serve
Penelope Plaid reserves the right not to sell to anyone, for any reason. Disclosed or otherwise.
By purchasing through Penelope Plaid, you have the right to use your commission for commercial endeavors, limited to: Self promotion, Virtual character based streaming and content creation, and music videos. However, adequate credit MUST be provided. If you have any questions, or are not sure about a particular usage, please message @PenelopePlaid on twitter, or Email [email protected]
Merchandising rights are not included, if you intend to use the rigged model, and/or model in rigged poses or expressions on merchandise or sold products (physical merchandise such as: key-chains, standees, clothing, and other physical products, or digital merchandise such as: album art, commercial video games, and other digital merchandise) then please message @PenelopePlaid on twitter, or Email [email protected]
You may use separated parts of your model to create thumbnails for videos, or for memes. However, it must be very clear that it is NOT an original work (For example: Separating your characters hair to put on a video game character for a Youtube thumbnail.) You may not use parts of your model to create your own art that is then claimed as your own original work. (For example: An illustration of your character where you separated your models face, and then applied it to the illustration, which is then claimed as a new original work.)You may not resell any work created by Penelope Plaid. If you are caught having resold your commission, you forfeit all rights to the work, and will be charged 200% of the final commission cost.
Credit is to be clearly written (Twitter bio, Twitch/Youtube or other streaming platform about section. For other platforms please ask how to appropriately provide credit)
Penelope Plaid retains the rights to utilize any commissions sold as promotional material. (Including but not limited to: Use in promotional video for advertising/branding, images for advertisements/branding, examples in portfolio, and social media posts)
Penelope Plaid currently does not offer an express delivery option. Thank you for understanding.
Commissions worked on by Penelope Plaid may not be used for AI generator training, AI image generation, used to promote/advertise for AI, or any other uses related to AI.
Commissions are ONLY refundable in the situation that Penelope Plaid is unable to provide the fully rigged model.
Payment
All payments must be made through stripe, all prices shown and discussed will be in USD.
For Rigging Commissions:
50% of the payment is required upfront before rigging the model. This fee is nonrefundable, and is intended to pay for the work completed should you decide not to continue with your model commission.
Once the rigged model is complete, the rest of the payment will be required before sending the completed model to the client.

ⵜExtra expressions/toggle prices are HIGHLY subject to change due to complexity. Some expressions are so easy to rig it's not worth charging for. However, some require such complex physics or animations that they will be more expensive. Thank you for understanding.
